Salesforce.com JUNIOR DEVELOPERS

Velteo is looking for Junior Developers for our NSW Headquarters. Our Developers's are expected to understand code, cloud and people. The role requires you to provide:

• Configuration of Salesforce solutions
• Design and developing solutions in Apex, Visualforce, etc
• Ensuring solutions are delivered within project timelines
• Preparing test cases in line with the Client’s requirements
• Provide application support when required

The successful candidate will hold:

• HTML skills
• Java programming experience
• Solid database management experience
• Salesforce CRM experience very desirable but not essential
• Good communication skills

Velteo is looking for an experienced Business Analysts for both Victoria and NSW. Our BA's are expected to understand business, processes and people. The role requires you to provide:

• business analysis services 
• salesforce.com configuration capapbility 
• business requirements gathering
• interpreting business rules and process modelling 
• develop detailed business requirements and specifications
• facilitate stakeholder workshops, and 
• assist with the production of deployment documentation

The successful candidate will hold:

• Highly developed business analyst skills.
• Extensive experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications and systems requirements for IT software application development.
• Experience and knowledge of enterprise scale CRM applications, especially those based on Salesforce.com.
• Salesforce.com configuration experience
• Experience analysing requirements and designing strategies to maintain data quality in database systems.
• Experience analysis requirements necessary to manage large scale projects.

VICTORIA: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Velteo is looking for an Account Executive in Victoria to become part of the senior leadership team and take ownership of our expanding opportunity in the southern region. This is a hands on position and one that requires you to think like an owner.

Key duties of the role will include:

• Building pipeline in new and existing accounts
• Managing relationships with clients and vendor partners
• Managing & developing account plans
• Managing key projects
• Driving marketing activities 
• Assist the management team with planning to manage growth for the Victorian region
• Maintain the integrity of our culture within the local office
• Driving and developing best sales practices within the business operation

Candidate Skills

• Proven track record in developing & managing strategic relationships
• Proven track record in selling to C Suite
• Strong Management & Leadership qualities
• Be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of Cloud Computing
• Strong track record in solution selling and/or selling professional services 
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills and the use of presentation tools
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and the use of communication tools
• Able to demonstrate thought leadership on business improvement through the use of technology innovation and process improvement

Key Qualities

• Must be passionate about disruptive technologies and the opportunity it presents to our customers
• Must be passionate about being a leader 
• Must be a highly driven individual
• Must be comfortable with change and willing to contribute to driving improvement within Velteo and to our customers businesses.
• Must be familiar with emerging technologies (Social, Mobile, Cloud)  and demonstrate how you have personally adopted these to your benefit 

Nice to have

• Previous knowledge of cloud computing vendors and the competitive landscape
• Experience in selling cloud vendors technology (salesforce.com, oracle etc)

Velteo wins the Sydney Business Awards for ICT

On Tuesday night the 13th of September 2011, Velteo was announced as the winner of this years Sydney Business Awards in the Information Technology and Communications category.

Hasten to say we were totally surprised considering our first attempt at such a competition and would like to thank all customers, partners and employee's who voted for us in becoming a finalist.
